If you have made an error with your order (e.g. forgotten a cover upgrade, or ordered the wrong size notebook), please contact me within 24 hours of ordering and I will amend your order accordingly. After this, I will have started working on your order and amendments may not be possible.
We have tried to provide as much information as you would need to make a decision about our products, and so returns are not accepted for customised orders. If you aren't sure about a product before ordering, please contact me first so I can provide clarification. I use this process to add to the information provided in product listings, so it is as clear as can be.
Whilst we endeavour to produce a perfect product, human errors are possible. If you receive a product that is not quite right, please contact me straight away and I will either replace, refund, or provide store credit to fix the problem.
